45-minute appointment. One-on-one in person appointment to guide mechanics, with emphasis on proper form and workout frequency.

Competition Coaching

20-week minimum commitment. Competition Coaching includes customized meal plans and workouts to guide prep, with emphasis on balanced restrictions and proper peak week execution.
